Our Services

Precision data for better decisions — whether you are managing a growing crop or planning a construction project.

Multispectral Crop Surveys

For: Arable farm managers and agronomists

Using drone-mounted multispectral sensors, we capture NDVI and NDRE index data across your fields. The resulting maps reveal crop health variability that is invisible from the ground — nitrogen stress, disease pressure, poor establishment, and drainage problems.

What you receive

  • Georeferenced NDVI, NDRE, GNDVI, OSAVI, and LCI index maps (GeoTIFF and PDF)
  • Management zone classification map
  • Interpreted report with scouting priorities and areas of concern identified
  • PRF1 supporting data pack

Decisions it informs

Variable rate nitrogen applications, targeted fungicide programmes, replanting decisions, drainage investigation priorities.

SFI26 compatibility

Survey outputs provide the georeferenced crop variability data needed to generate variable rate application (VRA) prescription files via standard VRA software. This supports the evidence requirements for SFI26 action PRF1 (variable rate application of nutrients). For PRF2 herbicide actions, see our weed detection service.

Weed Detection & Spot-Spray Prescription Maps

For: Arable farm managers, agronomists, and farm consultancies

Individual-plant ryegrass and weed mapping using bespoke MPA-developed software. Rule-based spectral classification — not AI — applied across multiple multispectral bands, resolving individual weed tillers within the crop canopy. The resulting prescription can reduce the treated area by 60–67% versus blanket application with nozzle control.

What you receive

  • Filtered detection raster (full-resolution GeoTIFF)
  • VRA prescription shapefile (spray / no-spray zones with GPS buffer)
  • ISOXML application map for ISOBUS-compliant terminals
  • Sprayer technology savings comparison
  • Full-resolution RGB orthomosaic
  • Full PDF survey report

Decisions it informs

Targeted spot-spray programmes, herbicide cost reduction, resistance management strategy, evidence for treatment decisions.

SFI26 compatibility

MPA weed detection outputs are designed to serve as the remote sensing data source for SFI26 action PRF2 — camera or remote sensor guided herbicide spraying (£43/ha/year). The action allows sensor data to be used beforehand to create a map for the sprayer. Confirm eligibility with your adviser.

Seasonal Monitoring Contracts

For: Farm managers wanting full-season visibility

A series of survey flights across the growing season — from establishment (T0) through to pre-harvest. Tracking how your crop develops over time gives you and your agronomist the evidence to intervene at the right moment, not too early and not too late.

What you receive

  • Multiple survey flights at key growth stages
  • Comparative maps showing change over time
  • Seasonal summary report

Decisions it informs

Timing of inputs, identifying persistent problem areas, building a data history for each field across seasons.

SFI26 compatibility

Multi-flight seasonal data builds a georeferenced record of crop variability across the agreement period — strengthening evidence for SFI26 delivery actions that require documented, parcel-level outcomes.

Topographic & Site Surveys

For: Construction companies, land surveyors, and landowners

Accurate aerial surveys for construction planning, site assessment, and land management. Drone-based topographic surveys are faster and often more cost-effective than traditional ground methods for larger sites.

What you receive

  • Orthomosaic imagery
  • Digital elevation models
  • Contour maps and volumetric calculations where required

Decisions it informs

Site planning, cut-and-fill calculations, planning application support, boundary and access assessment.
